基于模糊数学的施工企业应急能力评价研究

摘    要:以模糊数学、层次分析法为理论基础,从施工企业的角度出发,以应急管理的流程为主线,构建了施工企业应急综合能力评价指标体系及评价模型,并进行了实例评价。论文的研究对提高施工企业应急能力,减少工程项目突发事件的发生及其损失,具有重大的理论意义和实践价值。

Abstract:Based on fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process, this paper takes the procedure of emergency management as the main line, contrives comprehensive emergency capacity evaluation index system and evaluation model that suit construction enterprises, uses this model to evaluate emergency capacity of a construction enterprise. It is of theoretical significance and practical value that this paper makes research on comprehensive emergency capability evaluation of construction enterprise to reduce the occurrence of disastrous contingencies and the losses they bring.
