摘    要:为了解不同型式P型水封对闸门止水性能的影响,基于非线性有限元理论,采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了有孔、无孔P型水封有限元模型,将三项Ogden公式拟合橡胶类闸门止水材质试验数据得到的超弹性参数应用于非线性有限元计算中,计算得到了有孔、无孔P型水封在不同压缩量、摩擦系数下的最大法向接触应力、接触宽度、最大等效应力,结果为闸门设计过程中P型水封的选型提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:Considering the effect of different type of P-type water seal for sealing performance, based on the theory of nonlinear finite element, the finite element models of aperture and non-porous circular P-type water seal are established by using ABAQUS finite element method software. The hyper-elastic parameters that are determined by curve fitting with Ogden formula of three parameters are applied to the model. Under the different amount of compression and friction coefficient, the maximum normal contact stress, contact width and maximum equivalent stress of aperture and non-porous P-type water seal are calculated. The result provides basis for P-type water seal selection in design of water gate.
