| 摘 要： | 针对上市公司绩效问题，应用可拓方法建立了上市公司综合评价模型，并对30家上市公司进行了综合评价．结果表明，该评价模型具有良好的实用性．

| Abstract: | By using the extension method, comprehensive evaluation model of listed corporation is established for the merit problem of listed corporation. And 30 listed corporations are evaluated by the model. The results illustrate that the comprehensive evaluation model has good practicality. |
