基于TL494磁流变减震器电压驱动电路设计与测试

摘    要:设计基于PWM集成芯片TL494的磁流变减震器励磁线圈的驱动电路。经试验测试,该驱动电路线性可控,响应时间小于1ms,在0~20V之间连续可调,最大输出功率15W,控制误差小于5%。

Abstract:Based on PWM integrated chip TL494,a voltage driver is designed for MR Fluid damper.Experimental results show that the designed voltage driver circuit is linear and controllable,the response time is shorter than 1ms,its output voltage can be controlled between 0V and 20V continuously,its peak value of power output is 15W,and its error control is less than 5%.
