摘    要:传统AGV一般只能沿单一路径行驶,当需要完成各具有指定路径的多任务时,几台AGV在同一工况下则较难有效实现响应功能,常规的AGV不能适应现代化物流系统中的多地、多路径以及多任务的工作需求。嵌入式操作系统凭借其进程调度的高效性和实时性在诸多控制系统应用中发挥了巨大作用。将嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ移植到MSP430F149芯片上。较大程度地发挥嵌入式系统的特性,通过触摸屏实现良好的人机交互,较为方便地在两台或多台AGV的使用过程中实现多路径。

Abstract:The previous AGV only runs along a single path. When it needs to complete the multi-task on specified path,it is difficult to achieve responding effectively for AGVs at the same condition. The conventional AGV can not adapt to the demand of multi-location, multi-path and multi-task in the modern logistics system. The embedded operating system with high efficiency and real-time processing has been playing a great role in the development of control system. In this design,the embedded real-time operating system called μC/OS-Ⅱ has been transplanted to MSP430F149 and its advantages have been taken greatly. Operators can easily achieve human-computer interaction with the touch screen and realize multi-path selection by two or more AGVs.
