摘    要:针对青藏铁路所处自然地理环境对轨道扣件用高分子材料提出的特殊要求,以POE—g—MAH为主增韧剂,环氧化聚合物为协同增韧剂,同时添加复合型抗紫外线助剂,制备了增韧、耐候PA66复合材料.采用该复合材料生产的弹条Ⅰ型扣件绝缘轨距挡板的综合性能完全满足使用要求.

Abstract:Based on the requirement of environmental and weather condition in Qinghai-Tibet railway,PA66 composite with low-temperature resistance and weathering resistance were prepared with POE-g-MAH as main toughener,polymer with epoxy functional group as assisted toughener.The compounded light stabilizer was added in the composite in the meantime.The results showed that the properties of the insulated block made from this composite for railway type I fastener could meet the technical requirement completely.
