摘    要:采用响应曲面法优选和探讨微波提取裂褶菌多糖的最优工艺。在单因素试验的基础上采用SAS 8.2软件设计试验,用响应面分析优化提取时间、料液比、提取温度、微波强度各因素及其相互作用的最佳组合。结果表明,裂褶菌多糖的最优提取工艺条件提取时间为20 min,料液比为1∶28.5,提取温度为51℃,微波强度为548 W,此条件下,多糖实际提取率为1.765%。与其他方法比较,微波提取方法时间短,得率高,是裂褶菌多糖提取的一种优选方法。

Abstract:Objective:To obtain optimal extraction parameters of Schizophyllan under microwave irradiation. We investigated extraction time,ratio of solvent to raw material, extraction temperature and microwave power on polysaccharides yield using single-factor experiment. Then we optimized extraction condition of Schizophyl-lan by using SAS 8 . 2 . Results showed that obtained optimal extraction of Schizophyllan is as follows:extraction time is 20 min,ratio of solvent to raw material is 28. 5, extraction temperature is 51℃, microwave power is 548 W. Under the optimal condition,yield of Schizophyllan is 1. 765%. Conclusion: In contrast to other ex-traction methods, the extraction rate of mocrowave technique is better and the time is shorter. The microwave technique is a better method for extracting Schizophyllan.
