| 摘 要： | 长期以来，单相电能表的反窃电工作一直是困扰供电企业的难题。通过分析归纳几种改变电能表接线的窃电类型，提出了一种改进接线的解决方案，有效地杜绝这几类窃电现象的发生，达到了降低窃电概率的目的。
