摘    要: 为解决Top-Hat变换在心电R波定位中结构元素的优化选取问题,构建一个与心电相近的带有尖峰的周期信号,在此基础上定义目标函数,利用开运算的灰值形态学几何意义导出了目标函数的解析表达式,进而分析得出了Top-Hat变换中的结构元素长度的最优值的解,并由此导出了Top-Hat变换在心电R波定位时结构元素长度的最优估值计算公式.实验结果表明:按本文提出的方法选取最优值,在利用Top-Hat变换进行心电R波定位时,能在保持最佳定位效果的前提下,具有最低的算法时间复杂度.

Abstract:To solve the optimization problem of structure elements in Top-Hat transform for the R-wave location detection in Ecg,a periodical signal with similar spikes as R-wave is built,and an objective function is defined based on the signal,then the analytical expression of the function is deduced by using the geometry meaning of grey value morphology for open operation,and the optimum evaluation formula of the length of stucture elements is given when Top-Hat transform is used in the R-wave location detection in ECG.The experimental results show that by chosing the optimum value of the length of structure elements presented in this paper,low algorithmic time complexity is assured with the best effect of location detection.
