| 摘 要： | 对乙炔发生器加料及置换操作自控程序进行了改造,将手动操作改为程序自动控制后,减轻了操作人员的工作负荷,明显减少了人为操作引发的事故次数,提高了生产装置的平稳性。

| Abstract: | The automatic control program for material adding and replacing operation in acetylene production system was improved. After changing the operation from manual control to automatic control, the burden of operators was reduced, the accidents induced by artificial operation were reduced, and the stability of production facility was improved. |
