| 摘 要： | 针对现代大型铝电解槽工艺正在发生的的技术变革 ,引入技术成本模型决策分析方法 ,开发反映系列电压与所关联的供电设备及其元件的选型、电能消耗功态关系的模型。分析系列平均电压的组成 ,列举可湿阴极、惰性阳极、新电解体系新技术以及工艺操作与系列电压组成项的关系。概要介绍设计技术成本模型开发的步骤、方法、模块功能

| Abstract: | Technical cost model decision analysis is introduced for current technical reform in existing large-scale aluminium cell, The model developed is able to reflect system voltage, power supply, and dynamic relation of power consumption. The composition of system average voltage related to wettable cathode, enert cathode new technology and operation in modern electrolysis system is andlysed. The design of model and function of modulars is introduced briefly. |
