地震应急演练三维仿真系统的实现

摘    要:基于地理信息技术与三维仿真技术,设计地震应急演练三维仿真系统。该系统集成视频监控、广播等设备和固定电话、手机、短信等通讯手段,为地震应急演练中的震情和灾情报送、指挥决策、应急救援、物资调配、疏散避难、避难场所管理、灾后重建以及各级部门、企业的应急演练提供实时指挥、规划部署等功能:同时以三维动画的形式仿真呈现演练过程,直观把握应急演练过程,提高演练效率。

Research and Implementation of Emergency Earthquake Simulation System

Abstract:This paper presents a three-dimensional simulation system for earthquake emergency response exercise based on geographic information system(GIS) and three-dimensional simulation technology,which implements fine Earthquake Disaster Mitigation data modeling and simulation to achieve view.The system is implemented in the form of three-dimensional animation process simulation to present exercises of emergency drills.
