基于dsPIC30F3011的高频感应加热电源的研究

摘    要:以Microchip公司生产的dsPIC30F3011芯片为核心处理器,设计出频率为50kHz的高频感应加热电源。电源的逆变电路部分采用电压和电流的双闭环控制结构。利用dsPIC30F3011微处理器,根据采样的电压信号,对驱动信号移相角的大小进行控制,达到控制电源输出功率的目的;同时,根据捕捉的电流的过零点信号,控制相应功率管的通断,使得负载电压与电流同相,从而保证了电源工作在谐振或准谐振状态。

Abstract:A 50 kHz high-frequency heating power system is designed based on Microchip company's core processor chip dsPIC30F3011. The inverter part of power circuit adopts the voltage and current double closed loop control structure. According to the voltage signal sampling, the shift-phase angle of the drive signal is controlled through the dsPIC30F3011 to change the output power of the supply. At the same time, the power tube is controlled according to the captured current zero signal to made load current and voltage with the same phase, so as to ensure the supply work in resonance or quasi resonant state.
