摘    要:利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定食用明胶中Cr、Mn、Ni、As、Cd、Sb、Hg、Pb等8种重金属元素的分析方法。通过优化仪器的工作参数、选择适宜待测元素的同位素以及选用干扰元素校正方程可以克服质谱干扰,以Sc、Rh、Bi为内标元素,样品的基体效应和仪器漂移得到了很好地校正。结果表明,8种重金属元素的检出限在0.002~0.091μg/L之间,RSD<2.11%,回收率在91.5%~109.0%之间,方法与其他分析对照,结果一致。

Determination of trace heavy metal elements in edible gelatine using ICP-MS

Abstract:An analytical method was developed for the determination of Cr,Mn,Ni,As,Cd,Sb,Hg and Pb elements in edible gelatine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).It was found that the spectral interferences could be calibrated by settings of the operational parameters of ICP-MS,selecting different isotops and correction equation of interference elements.The matrix effects and the instrument drift could be eliminated by selecting Sc,Rh and Bi as the internal standard elements.The result indicated that the detection limits range from 0.002 μg/L to 0.091 μg/L depending on the elements,recoveries of samples were of the range 91.5%~109.0% and precision was fine RSD<2.11%.The determination results of actual samples are in good agreement with those obtained by other methods.
