高温煤气脱硫剂及工艺的开发现状

摘    要:介绍了部分铁、锌、铜和锰系典型脱硫剂的脱硫和再生试验温度、压力、H2S浓度及再生气组成等参数,阐述了不同床层高温脱硫反应器的特点及对脱硫剂的基本要求,如脱硫剂粒度、耐磨性、硫容和反应性等,给出9种开发中用于IGCC的高温煤气脱硫工艺及其床层特征、所用脱硫剂和开发现状,最后提出了高温煤气脱硫进一步发展方向

Abstract:The desulfurization and regeneration test prameters , such as temperarure, pressure, H 2S content and regeneration gas compositions, of some typical sorbents of Fe,Zn,Cu & Mn series were described. The characteristics and the basic requirements to sorbent capacity and reactivity were given. Nine HTGD processes developed for IGCC were also introduced, including reactor types, sorbents and the status of development. Finally,the prospects of development of HTGD was depicted.
