半刚电缆组件焊接工艺优化研究

摘    要:针对目前电缆组件中常用的半刚电缆组件焊接问题进行了对比分析研究,针对使用过程中经常出现电缆组件开裂、脱落及电性能达不到指标要求等问题,通过多次焊接试验,自行研制的焊接夹具满足设计指标要求.与传统焊接工艺方法比较,使用此种焊接方法可将半刚电缆组件的电压驻波比(VSWR)平均由原来的1.5提高到1.3;成品焊接合格率由原来的60%提高到90%以上.
