| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种巨型子午工程胎钢丝带束层帘布裁断拼接生产线的构成,为使裁断前定长送料顺畅、准确,及接头前定位送料准确、重复精度高。研制开发出敞开式剪切机、接取机械手装置和帘布头输送机构。采用二次递布法,满足裁断最大宽度范围要求。

| Abstract: | Introduced a composition of steel cord cutting splicing line of the huge engineering radial tire,in order to long fixed cut before finding smoothly and accurately feeding,and the splicing before the positioning feed accurate and high repetition accuracy.It developed an open type cutting machine,access devices and cord robot head conveyor.Using the second delivery cloth method to meet the award requirements of the maximum width. |
