摘 要: | 利用热重法(TG)、微商热重法(DTG)和IR法等,研究了聚合改性过程的不同单体组成对改性猪皮热行为的影响。发现并证明丙烯酸(AA)的改性猪皮中,在538K左右出现的热失重效应为聚丙烯酸的脱水成酐反应所为,考察了成酐反应随AA中和度、多组分改性等因素变化的规律。

Abstract: | Abstract The effect of polymerized modification onthe thermal behavior of chrome-tanned pigskinshas been investigated by using a thermo-gravimetry (TG).According to various usedmonomers such as acrylic acid( AA),methylacrylate(MA),ethyl acrylate(EA),butylmethacrvlate(BMA)and their mixtures, threereaction peaks were identified in DTG curves.These were attributed to the anhvdride forma-tion(Ⅰ)at about 538K in the single AA system,the degradation of the modified collagen(Ⅱ)andthe polymer degradation(Ⅲ).Relationship be-tween the degree of the conversion to anhydrideand the neutral reactions ofAA was also dis-cussed. |
