发动机消声室设计工程实例

发动机是拖拉机噪声的主要声源.为了解决拖拉机噪声问题就需要建造相应的试验设施,发动机整机半消声室就是其中一项.针对典型的工程实例,从消声室的结构形式入手,依据振动与声学原理,探讨了固体传声与振动声辐射问题,建立了一套发动机半消声室的隔振消声设计方法,成功地解决了消声室背景噪声问题.

Engineering Design Example of Engine Semi-anechoic Room

The engine is the main source of tractor noise. In order to solve the problem of tractor noise, the corresponding test facilities need to be built, Engine semi-anechoic room is one of them. Typical engineering examples are introduced in this paper. On the basis of structure of semi-anechoic room and the physics of vibration and acoustics, the solid-borne sound transmission and radiation ~om the vibrating surface are studied, a design method of vibration isolation and noise reduction for engine semi-anechoic chamber is established, and the background noise of semi-anechoic room is solved successfully.
