盘区机械化上向水平分层充填采矿法分区域充填脱水技术及应用

摘    要:大尹格庄金矿采用盘区机械化上向水平分层充填采矿法进行回采,采场充填采用水砂充填技术。水砂充填浓度约60%~70%,大量的充填水需要从采场内快速排出。详细介绍了对大尹格庄金矿采场充填脱水技术及应用,尤其是泄水、脱水、隔水3个工艺环节。生产实践表明:新型充填脱水技术的应用提高了采场充填脱水速度,实现了采场充填低成本和采场分区域局部充填,提高了采矿效率。

Application of sub-zone filling and dewatering technique in mechanized upward horizontal slicing and filling in panel
Abstract:Mechanized upward horizontal slicing and filling in panel is used in Dayin’gezhuang Gold Mine for ore extraction and water sand filling technique is employed in stope filling. The mass concentration of water sand is about 60 % -70 %,so large amounts of water need to be discharged from the stope. The paper introduced in detail the ap-plication of dewatering technique in Dayin’gezhuang Gold Mine,especially the water drainage,dehydration and isola-tion,and renovated it. Production practice show that the application of the renovated filling and dewatering technique sped up filling and dewatering,realized low cost filling and sub-zone filling,and improved mining efficiency.
