无底柱分段崩落采矿法回采方式对进路应力影响的模拟分析

摘    要:以夏甸金矿无底柱分段崩落采矿法回采方式调整为工程背景,运用FLAC3D数值模拟分析软件,从应力变化规律、塑性破坏区变化特点和位移场分布特征等多个方面,对不同回采方式的采场地压变化规律进行数值模拟对比研究。研究发现无底柱分段崩落采矿法在回采过程中垂直应力集中区域出现在回采进路两帮的岩体中,水平应力集中区域出现在回采进路的顶底板中。当采用双翼阶梯式回采时,回采进路中应力分布较为均匀,总体应力较小,是最为合适的采矿方法。

Numerical simulation analysis of the influence of different mining methods on approach stress in non-pillar sublevel caving
Abstract:Taking the adjustment of non-pillar sublevel caving mining methods in Xiadian Gold Mine as the engi-neering background,the paper,by adopting FLAC3D numerical simulation analysis software,compares and studies the ground pressure variation regularities of different extraction methods in stopes,from such aspects as the stress variation regularities,the variation features of plastic failure zone and the distribution features of displacement field.The re-search has disclosed that the vertical stress concentration areas appear in the rock mass along both sides of the mining approach and that the horizontal stress concentration areas appear in the top and floor of the mining approach in non-pillar sublevel caving.When the double-wing stepped stoping method is used,the stress distribution in the mining ap-proach is more homogeneous and the overall stress is relatively weak.So it is the most suitable mining method.
