W2.85型活塞式空压机的虚拟设计与仿真研究

摘    要:阐述了空压机虚拟样机设计的框架结构、工作流程及其实现策略,在分析W2.85型空压机工作机构的基础上,运用CAXA实体设计软件完成了该机构的三维建模、虚拟装配。通过Parasolid传输标准将CAXA环境下的工作机构装配体模型文件导入ADAMS中,实现了活塞式空压机工作机构的运动学仿真。

Abstract:The design of the virtual prototyping frame construction, the work flow and its method of the realization on the air compressor are expounded. Based on the analysis of the structure of W2.85 air compressor operating mechanism, the 3 - dimension model and virtual assembly of this product were done by CAXA solid design software. The assembly fde of operating mechanism in CAXA was imported to ADAMS by Parasolid transmission standard, kinematics simulation of operating mechanism of piston type air compressor was realized.
