凹凸棒石/聚苯乙烯纳米复合材料的制备与性能

摘    要:通过加热除去凹凸棒石中的水分,然后进行有机改性处理,并用苯乙烯单体对改性样品的湿润性进行了测试和表征。选择湿润性好的样品制备了凹凸棒石/聚苯乙烯纳米复合材料。本文讨论了热处理温度、改性剂的种类及用量、有机化处理时间等对凹凸棒石有机改性效果的影响,讨论了凹凸棒石加入量与材料力学性能的关系。工艺过程和条件也可能对凹凸棒石结构产生影响。

Abstract:Removing H2O from attapulgite by heat, treating attapulgite with organic reagents, testing moistening capacity of samples with styrene, we prepared attapulgite/Polystyrene Nanocomposite with the samples which are well in moisteming capacity.In this paper, we discuss the factors that affect the result of organic treatment of attapulgite, including the temperature of heat treatment, the kind and content of organic reagent, the time of organic treatment. We also discuss the relationship between the ratio of attapulgite in material and the mechanics performance. The work processes are probably factors that affect the structure of attapulgite.
