镍铬合金导线在电涡流位移传感器中的应用

摘    要:基于电涡流的基本原理,以镍铬合金导线为涡流线圈,将导线绕制在陶瓷骨架上构成涡流探头,结合电源模块、放大模块和显示模块,设计制作了电涡流位移传感器。实验结果表明:该传感器能实现对金属位移的测量,具有结构简单、抗干扰能力强和测量精度较高等特点。

Abstract:An eddy current displacement sensor is designed based on basic principle of electric vortex.The sensor is composed of eddy current probe,power module,amplifier module and display module.The eddy current probe is made of the nichrome wire wound on ceramic skeleton.Experimental results show that the sensor can realize measurement on metal displacement,it has characteristics of simple structure,strong anti-interference ability and higher measurement precision.
