| 摘 要： | 简述了三产品重介旋流器系统的结构、工作原理，针对新庄孜矿选煤厂的现状,介绍了以三产品重介质旋流器为主选设备的重介分选工艺，对选煤厂进行技术改造，以极难选煤生产出9～10级精煤，其精煤产率较改造前显著提高，取得了可观的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The structure and principle of tri -products heavy media cyclone were discussed briefly. Heavy media separation process based on the tri - products heavy media cyclone as the main equipment, transformation of coal preparation plant and to produce 9 10 grade cleaned coal from extremely difficult separation coal were introduced after transformation. The yield of cleaned coal was enhances and large economic benefits were gained. |
