| Abstract: | The under-excitation operation of the generator is a method to regulate the reactive power of the power grid and to reduce the grid voltage.The under-excitation operation test scheme of #4 generator of Sanhe Power Generation Corporation Limited was introduced.Combining with the test data,several outstanding problems were analyzed;the necessity,the feasibility,the stability and the security of the generator under-excitation operation were demonstrated. |
