| 摘 要： | 叙述了采用金属型覆砂离心铸造工艺生产锡青铜、铝青铜、黄铜等套筒类、齿轮类铸件,并且详细叙述了金属型覆砂离心铸造工艺方法和注意事项,对离心铸造过程中容易出现的缩松(疏松)、偏析、凹坑等缺陷进行了分析并提出了预防措施,达到了生产高质量铜合金铸件之目的。

| Abstract: | The article descried the centrifugal casting procedure which used the method of mounding sand covering on the permanent mold to produce stannous or aluminum bronze and brassiness casting such kinds of sleeve and gear wheel etc. In additional, that method and notice point go into particles and aimed at defects which occurred easy in centrifugal casting process such as porosity, segregation and body scars and so on, the analysis and prevent measure be provided to be achieved the purpose of making high quality copper alloy casting. |
