太阳能集热器、空气能热泵及相变蓄能装置一体化控制的研究

摘    要:系统采用太阳能集热器与大水箱温差循环的方法进行热量交换,利用空气能热泵作为辅助能源,以石蜡作为相变蓄能材料储藏热量。系统的控制部分采用超低温保护和系统排空双保险的方法,确保在寒冷北方地区使用;太阳能集热器采用串联360。万能角度强制循环系统,连接循环管道少、热损小、系统热效率高,安装场地适应性强,运营成本低。通过运行验证,系统达到了热交换充分、节能高效、能源互补及时到位、适用地区广泛的目的。

Abstract:In the proposed integrated control system, temperature cycle in the solar collector and water tank is adopted for heat exchange, air source heat pump is adopted as auxiliary energy, and paraffin is used as the phase change energy-storing material. Ultra-ow temperature protection and the double-emp- tying insurance method are adopted as its heat control to ensure that it can be used in the cold northern areas. The use of the universal 360~ forced circulation system in the solar collectors ensures that the pipe- line connection cycle thermal efficiency is high with less heat loss, small system installation site and low operational cost. Tests show that the system realizes full heat exchange, high efficient and energy com- plementation. Therefore, it can be applied to a wide range of areas.
