摘    要:在以CCD作为探测器的激光三角测距系统中,测距精度主要取决于激光光班在CCD上成像的定位准确性。本文提出一种光斑定位的新算法,采用光班附近一定区域内的所有节点分别进行插值,并分别赋于不同的权值,然后进行加权平均,最终得到光斑的准确位置。该算法充分利用了光班附近的众多信息,避免了单个节点对定位精度的影响,显著提高了定位精度和稳定性。实验证明,可以达到1/10像素定位精度。

Abstract:The accuracy of laser triangulation measurement system with CCD as detector mainly depends on the location of the image- spot on the surface of CCD. This paper puts forth a novel method for locating the image - spot. All nodes within a certain range near the image - spot are adopted to interpolate respectively and assigned with different weight separately to carry out the weighted average so that the exact position of the image - spot will be gained finally. This method takes full advantage of the multiple messages near the laser - spot so that the influence from the single light - spot to the precision of location can be avoided, and the precision and stability of location are enhanced notably. As is proved by the experiment, the precision of location can be up to 1/10 pixel.
