对“城市综合体”项目质量监督管理工作的探讨

近年来，各地不断开工建设的大量“城市综合体”项目，普遍具有项目关注程度高、工程规模大、业态复杂、施工难度大、各工种穿插作业、分包单位多、工期紧等特点，对工程质量的监督管理工作提出了更高的要求。通过对“城市综合体”项目特征的研究分析，结合青岛市质量监督管理要求，从实际出发，以落实工程建设强制性标准、保障工程质量有效受控、杜绝工程质量通病为切入点，针对“城市综合体”项目质量监管过程中的突出问题，总结经验、研究方法、查找不足，在一定范围内对“城市综合体”项目的质量监管进行了探讨。

Discussion on Quality Supervision and Management of“Urban Complex”Projects

In recent years,a lot of “urban complex” projects under constant construction in various places are generally characteristic of high degree of concern,large project scale,complex types of business, great construction difficulties,various interspersed jobs,several sub-contractors,limited construction period and others,which has higher requirements on project quality supervision and management. This paper, based on practical situations,the research and analysis on the features of “urban complex” projects and in combination with the quality supervision and management requirements in Qingdao city,sums up experiences, researches methods and finds out shortages aimed at the prominent problems in the process of quality supervision and management of “urban complex” projects,with the implementation of the mandatory standards of project construction,assurance of project quality under effective control and avoidance of common quality problems of projects as the entry points. And it also discusses the quality supervision and management of“urban complex” projects within certain limits.
