| 摘 要： | 根据国际电信市场的经验,要更有效地推广3G业务,移动运营商应采取与2G时代不同的全新的促销方法。SIM卡门户网站采用SCWS技术,将Internet、移动网络、移动服务器平台结合起来,使用手机上的浏览器,帮助用户发现并使用运营商的数据业务,引导最终用户购买该项数据业务。文中从业务分析入手,介绍了SCWS技术的SIM卡门户网站应用环境、工作流程、通信协议,为电信运营商、手机厂商和SIM卡供应商提供参考。
