高职院校《管理学》课程教学改革思考

目前中国高职院校都本着"以就业为导向,以服务为宗旨"、"理论够用,实践为主"的思想指导教学,但是在《管理学》课程的教学过程中却存在着教学目标不明确、教学缺乏互动与交流、实践教学效果较差的现状,因此,课程教学改革势在必行。文章从目前的教学现状分析出发,结合自身的教学实践,着重对教学目标的制定、考核方法及实践教学保障等方面对《管理学》课程的教改思路进行了探讨。
