基于锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂的不浸酸鞣制工艺研究

摘    要:对基于锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂鞣制黄牛鞋面革的不浸酸鞣制工艺进行研究,先对不同预处理材料进行筛选,然后通过正交试验,以坯革的收缩温度和鞣制废液中化学需氧量作为评价指标,综合考察鞣剂用量、提碱终点pH、补液后温度及补液后转动时间对评价指标的影响,得出优化方案,并将优化方案的试验结果与常规珞鞣法进行对比。结果表明:先用2%的酚类合成鞣剂预处理,再采用30%的锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂鞣制,提碱至pH值为4.3-4.5,提碱后升高温度至45℃,继续转动3h,所鞣得的白坯革柔软丰满,收缩温度可达87℃,撕裂强度与铬鞣革相当。与常规铬鞣相比,鞣制废液中COD、氯离子、色度等污染物含量都显著降低,其中氯离子含量降低了98%,仅为270mg/L,具有显著的清洁优势。

Abstract:The tanning process without pickling of cattle hide upper leather with Zr-Al-Ti complex tanning agent was investigated by the orthog onal experiment method.The different pre-tanning materials were screened,and the tanning agent dosage,basifying final pH,temperature and rotating time after adding liquor were optimized by using the crust shrinkage temperature and COD content in waste tanning liquor as the evaluation indexes.The results of optimi zed scheme were compared with the conventional chrome tanning method.Results show that under the optimum cond it ions of pre-tanning with 2% phe nolic syntan,the dosage of Zr-Al-Ti complex tanni ng agent 30%,basifying firm I pH value 4.3~4.5,raising temperature to 45 ℃ and ratating 3 h after adding liquor,the shrinkage temperature of the wet-white leather could reach 87 ℃,the hand feeling is plump soft,and the tear strength is similar to chrome tanned leather.The contents of COD,chloride ion and colority in waste tanning liquor are significantly decreased than conventional chrome tanning method.Especially chloride ion content is only 270 mg/L,which is 98% less than the conventional chrome tanning.
