梳状有机硅共聚改性水性聚氨酯的制备与性能研究

摘    要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG2000)、双尾型二羟基硅油、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、三乙胺、水合肼为主要原料,采用预聚体分散法合成了梳状有机硅改性水性聚氨酯(Si-WPU),研究了反应指数(R值,NCO/OH)、亲水基含量、有机硅含量对Si-WPU性能的影响。结果表明:随着R值的逐渐升高,Si-WPU膜的撕裂强度逐渐提高,断裂伸长率逐渐减小,拉伸强度先增加后减小,当反应指数为1.5,亲水基含量为5%,有机硅含量15%时,所得Si-WPU的疏水性、力学性能和卫生性能最好。

Abstract:The isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI),polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG2000),double tail type two hydroxyl silicone oil,dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA),1,4-butanediol (BDO),three ethylamine,hydrazine hydrate were used as main raw materials.Comb-silicone modified WPU was synthetized by prepolymerdispersion method.The effects of reaction index (R value,NCO/OH),hydrophilic and organic silicon content of the performance of the modified WPU were studied.The results show that with the gradual increase of R value,the tear strength of comb -silicone modified WPU fiims gradually increase,the elongation gradually decreases,tensile strength increases first and then decreases.When the reaction index is 1.5,the hydrophilic content is 5%,the organic silicone content is 15%,the comprehensive performance including the hydrophobic performance,the mechanical and health properties of the comb-silicone modified WPU is the best.
