企业信息化全局监理机制的探索与实践

在企业信息化工作中引入监理机制是提高信息化建设水平和应用效果的有效手段。目前对信息系统工程监理的研究还处于起步阶段,其框架体系主要是模仿建筑工程监理理论,不能很好适应信息工程的特点。该机制在投入应用后,为企业信息化建设、运行、维护提供了全方位的支持,使企业信息化建设过程更加可控、运维管理更加可靠,有效地提高了企业信息化的效率和效益。实践证明,该机制能适应企业信息化特点,具有很好的生命力。

Exploration and Practice of Global Supervision Mechanism in Enterprise Informatization

It is an effective way to improve the information systems construction and application by introducing surveillance into enterprises informaization. While the information system engineering supervision is still in its in- fancy, its framework just imitates construction supervision theory. So it is not suitable for the characters of informa- tion engineering. Combining the experience of enterprises informatization with software engineering theory, a global supervision mechanism is proposed in this paper. It not only covers the whole life - circle of information system, but also supervises the production data in the systems. When this mechanism is applied, it provides overall supervi- sion for the enterprise information systems construction, operation and maintenance. The information systems con- structi of the on is more manageable, and the operation is more reliable. The company improves the benefit and efficiency informatization significantly. It is proved that this mechanism is more suitable for enterprise informatization and has strong vitality.
