锚索超张拉理论研究与应用

锚索的预应力在锚网索支护系统中起着决定性的作用,为保证锚网索支护系统的施工质量,需对锚网索支护系统施加高预应力。而锚索在施加预应力过程中由于受锚索材质及巷道条件等因素的影响,存在一定量的预应力损失,这严重影响了锚网索支护效果。对于不同的巷道条件,以及同一条巷道不同的支护参数和施工机具系统其预应力损失值也各不相同。为充分发挥锚索在锚网索支护巷道中的作用,通过现场实测,准确获取锚索预应力损失值,在巷道施工过程中,锚索安装时提前对其进行超张拉,从而很好地解决了锚索预应力损失问题,使锚索主动支护效果得以充分发挥,确保了锚网索支护巷道的安全可靠性。
