环型行波超声波电动机的分析与设计

摘    要:分析和设计了一个环型行波超声波电动机。用有限元分析软件ANSYS对定子的压电陶瓷金属复合板进行了详细的模态和谐响应分析,通过分析和比较,振动模态(0,6)被选为工作模态。制作出了电机并检测了其性能指标。

Abstract:A ring-type traveling wave ultrasonic motor was designed and analyzed in this paper. Using ANSYS FEM software,the vibration mode of the metal-piezoelectric ceramic composed plate in piezoelectric coupled field was analyzed.Vibration mode (0, 6) was chosen as working vibration pattern by analyzing and comparing.This traveling-wave ultrasonic motor was made and some performance data were detected.
