基于ADAMS的滚切剪运动模型构建与分析

摘    要:滚切式剪切机是中厚板生产精整线的主要设备,因结构参数复杂,关联因素多,滚切剪结构设计与改进需要进行大量的工作。在研究滚切剪剪切钢板运动过程的基础上,使用ADAMS软件构建钢板剪切运动模型,通过铰接点与刀刃弧形中心运动仿真分析,进行相应参数设置,优化滚切剪结构关键参数,提高了滚切剪结构设计与改进效率,保证了设计与改进质量。

Abstract:The rolling shear is the main equipment in plate finishing line ,due to complex structural parameters and multi-factor correlation ,the design and improvement of rolling shear structure needs to do a lot of work .Based on the study of rolling shear motion ,the model of shearing steel plate motion was set up by use of ADAMS software ,the motion simulation analysis was done to the hinge points and the center of the blade arc ,and the corresponding parameter setting was carried out .In this way ,the key parameters of rolling shear structure were optimized ,and the design and improvement quality could be well ensured .
