喷涂机器人控制系统设计

摘    要:
设计了一种空间五自由度喷涂机器人的控制系统,包括控制系统的硬件与软件结构。该控制系统采用PC104主板,配以ADT836运动控制卡,实现了机器人空间5个关节的协调控制,可进行喷涂轨迹示教、轨迹文件编辑及自动喷涂等作业任务。该控制系统具有结构简单、便于维护、开发周期短、可靠性高等特点。

Abstract:
The design of painting robot control system was presented .The hardware and software structure of the control system were introduced .The control system using a PC104 and motion control card could realize the coodination control of five joints ,inclu-ding the moving trace demonstration ,trace data editing and automatic spraying .The control system scheme has some advantages such as simple structure ,easy maintenance ,short developing period and high reliability .
