高速线材轧机低温轧制的节能分析

摘    要:高速线材轧机采用低温轧制,可以降低加热能耗,但是轧制能耗要增加。计算分析表明低温轧制综合节能效果显著,并且可以减少氧化铁皮及某些加热缺陷,对实现优质低耗有实际意义。

Abstract:Low-temperature rolling adopted in high-speed wire mill can reduce heating consumption,but increase rolling energy consumption. Calculating analysis showed that low-temperature rolling had an evident effectiveness in comprehensive energy saving, decreased iron scales and some heating defeats, which possesses significance in realizing low consumption and in improving prbduct quality.
