摘    要:斜轧穿孔过程中,工件的应变场和温度场分布对金属管坯的成形质量有很大影响。运用三维大变形热力耦合有限元分析软件模拟了TA2合金棒材在曼式穿孔机上进行斜轧穿孔的过程,分析了斜轧穿孔过程中应变场和温度场的变化规律,发现在斜轧穿轧过程中存在明显的纵轧现象,穿孔得到的管坯前端很难保持圆度。通过有限元模拟分析得出的成形规律,对于难变形材料斜轧穿孔技术研究具有重要的理论与实际价值。

Abstract:The distributions of strain and temperature field in the workpiece have a great effect on the tube billet forming quality during piercing process in cross rolling mill.The piercing process of the TA2 alloy in the Mannesmann piercing mill was simulated using 3D thermo-mechanical coupled finite element software,and the change law of the strain and temperature field in the process was analyzed.The results show that longitudinal rolling phenomenon exists in the piercing process and the pierced tube billet front end is difficult to keep roundness.The forming patterns got from the finite element simulation analysis play an important theoretical and practical role in the study of difficult deformation material piercing process technology research.
