细纱压力棒上销的应用实践

探讨细纱压力棒上销的使用效果.针对细纱压力棒上销使用中存在的问题,对钳口隔距、后区牵伸倍数、粗纱捻系数及粗纱定量进行了试验优选.结果表明:细纱压力棒上销能够改善成纱条干,降低常发性纱疵,并能适当提高粗纱定量,增加前纺供应能力.使用中应对相关工艺参数合理选择,才能解决牵伸不开、断头多等问题,充分发挥压力棒上销的作用.

Practice of Applying Spinning Pressure Bar Top Pin

Application property of spinning pressure bar top pin was discussed.Nipper gauge,draft multiple in back zone,roving twist factor and roving weight per unit were tested and optimized according to the problems in applying spinning pressure bar top pin.The result shows that finish yarn evenness could be improved and frequent yarn default could be reduced by using spinning pressure bar top pin.Roving weight per unit could be increased and supply capacity of before spinning process could be increased as well.Relative processing parameter should be selected rationally in application to resolve problems such as draft and breakages et al and make full use of pressure bar top pin function.
