摘    要:利用锻件热处理时的尺寸效应,支承辊在台车炉上快速加热升温,辊身表面与芯部存在一定的温差,表面一定的深度达到奥氏体化温度时,芯部仍处于临界点以下,然后通过喷雾淬火,二次回火,从而达到外硬里韧及辊身、辊颈不同硬度目的。

Abstract:By utilizing the size affect of forgings when heat treated, to heat the backup roll rapidly in car -bottomed furnace, the surface and the core of the barrel have a temperature difference. the surface to a cer-tain depth has reached the austenitic temperature when the core is stili under the critical point. then by spray-ing quenching and secondary tempering, a hard barrel and tough core with different heardness in barrel and neck of the roll is achieved.
