摘    要:本文提出了一种通过AT89C52单片机控制步进电机来对悬挂物体的运动进行准确控制和精确定位的系统与方法。该设计采用以单片机AT89C52为控制核心,驱动步进电机来控制物体完成基本绘图和寻迹功能,并能根据键盘输入的任意设定坐标值使悬挂物体达到对应的位置。该系统通过采用坐标系统和细分控制方法的算法实现物体的运动控制和精确定位,并通过优化软件算法提高了运动的精确度。实际测试表明:该项系统具有工作性能稳定、定位误差小的特点,在现代工农业中,具有广泛的使用前景。

Abstract:This paper presented a system and method by AT89C52 SCM controlling stepping motor to control the object moving and positioning accurately.The AT89C52 was used as a control core,drive the stepping motor to control objects to complete the basic drawing and tracing function,and according to the set arbitrary coordinates to the corresponding,it can control the object moving and positioning accurately by coordinates system and subdivide control method,and optimizing the accuracy through software algorithm.Actual tests show that the system has a stable performance characteristics and small positioning errors.It has the prospects of extensive use in modern industry and agriculture.
