摘    要:以容积为3×103m3立式拱顶储罐为研究对象,通过对储罐内可燃气体燃烧升压的理论研究得到了储罐内瞬时超压的计算方法,并对不同点火源位置、不同气体空间对储罐内部压力的影响进行了分析。最后采用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了储罐的空间有限元模型,对储罐瞬时超压过程进行了数值模拟,提出了储罐在瞬时超压下的破坏条件,为储罐安全生产提供了理论基础。

Mechanism Analysis of Instantaneous Overpressure Caused by the Combustion of Combustible Gas in Tank and Dynamics Simulation

Abstract:With a volume of 3 × 103m3vertical dome tank for the study,through theoretical study on pressure rise due to combustible gas burning in the tank,calculation method of instantaneous overpressure was obtained in the tank. At the same time it is analyzed that the different locations of ignition sources and different gas spaces effect on internal pressure of the tank. Finally a spatial finite element model of the tank was established and process of instantaneous overpressure of the tanks was simulated using finite element analysis software-ANSYS. The destructive conditions of tanks were proposed under instantaneous overpressure and a theoretical basis was provided for the safe production of tanks.
