| 摘 要： | 成本管理是企业管理的重要组成部分，要做好成本管理工作，须从做好成本管理的基础工作开始。论述了成本管理的四个环节：即搞好成本预测和成本计划、加强成本的过程控制、做好成本核算、进行成本分析和 考核工作，并据此提出相应的管理办法和措施，以达到占领市场保存自己的目的。

| Abstract: | The cost control is an important constituent part in enterprise management. In order to have good cost control work enterprise must begin in the foundation works of cost control. In the paper four links of cost control are discussed: doing well in cost forecast and cost planning, intensifying process control of cost, doing well in cost conversion and processing cost analysis and checking work. At last the corresponding management method and measures are proposed to acquire the aim of capturing market and protecting self. |
