超声波智能脉冲发射机的设计

摘    要:超声检测中的发射电路(脉冲发生器)是给探头提供电激励脉冲的装置,设计一种查超声波探伤仪的发射电路,不仅能有效地克服目前声波发射电路的某些局限性,还能方便地调节换能器激励脉冲的宽度,使发射电路处于谐振状态,从而有利于提高发射电路的工作效率,具有一定的应用价值。主要采用通用性半导体器件来设计超声检测用高速脉冲发射器。详细论述了发射电路的设计,并指出了所确定的脉冲发射电路的适用范围。

Abstract:The pulse transmission circuit(pulse generator)is a pulse installment which provides electric excitation for ultrasonic analysis.Designing one kind of transmission circuit to look up the ultrasonic flaw detector can not only effectively overcome the certain limitations for ultrasonic transmission circuit,but also conveniently adjust the width of the transducer drive pulse,make the transmission circuit at the resonant condition,thus is advantageous to enhance the working efficiency of transmission circuit and has the certain application value.The overall semiconductor devices are mainly used to design high-speed launchers for ultrasonic pulse detection.The paper expounds the launch circuit design in details and puts forward the available range of identified pulse firing circuit.
