论“非按劳分配”

“按劳分配”是公用制的内在分配方式,非按劳分配是与非公有制经济成份相联系,它们的存在有其积极作用和消极影响。“按资分配”的现阶段有其存在的必要性;“按资分配”的性质取决于“资”所依附的所有制性质,既有属于剥削性质的,也有属于非剥削性质的。市场经济条件下,劳动力作为生产要素,要通过市场来配置,“按劳分配”的工资价值中渗透按劳动力价值分配的因素。
