| 摘 要： | 对于一个成熟的现代化的大型企业来说,供应商的管理不是简单的和供应商谈判,它已经涉及到整个企业的多个方面,无论是采购管理,还是生产管理和质量管理,都会与供应商管理有着密切的关系,本文将从供应商管理的范围和战略,国际上通用的供应商管理最佳实践,着重介绍了在实施ERP系统过程中如何更好实践供应商管理,提高公司物资采购管理水平,降低采购成本,促进供应商的有序竞争。
