| Abstract: | Pressurization apparatus is the key equipment for studying. Developing and manufacturing high pressure treated food products. Pressurization apparatus with good quality and relatively cheap price high pressure treated food products on a commercial scale. This paper made a introduction to pressurization apparatuses with their types, structure, properties, characteristics and new developments' The paper also discussed how to reduce the cost of the apparatuses and increase their production capacity. |
